Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer you free ground shipping for orders valued above $100.00 in the contiguous US 48 states.  For your convenience we offer a flat shipping rate of $9 on orders valued at less than $100.00 in the contiguous 48.

Rates for expedited shipments and orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged based on actual cost.

There may be exceptions to this promotion for shipments of larger items.  Contact us for details.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this shipping charge promotion at any time by posting the change on our website.

 

Methods & Turnaround

We will ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method possible.  Standard ground shipping is typically done through FedEx and UPS, and in some cases USPS.  Certain items must be shipped via freight carrier due to their size and shape.

Orders of stocked items placed between Monday and Friday typically ship within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse in California.  Shipping time in transit varies between 1-5 business days depending on final destination.

Drop shipments from our supplier partners typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Time in transit varies by origin and destination.  Drop shipment of larger items such as tables and chairs may have varying lead times of 1 to 6 weeks.


Order Tracking


If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and notify you via email. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

We encourage you to track your shipment online or on the phone with the carrier.  We do not require a signature for deliveries, but the decision to leave your package is at the discretion of the delivery person.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damaged Shipments or Missing Items

If possible always inspect the shipment and report any damaged to the delivery company right away. Please report any damaged shipment to PostureDepot.com within 48 hours by emailing info@PostureDepot.com

In the event that you receive incorrect items or missing items please contact us within 48 hours and we will promptly rectify the situation.  

International Shipments

We currently do not ship outside of the USA.  However, contact us at info@PostureDepot.com and we will connect you with our international partners.
