Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PosturDepot.com offers you 30 days to return an item from date of purchase.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. 


You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase following this procedure.

1. Please email info@postureDepot.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return authorization number and provide you with the return address.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the return authorization number, and the original receipt.

3. Enclose the item in a shipping box to prevent shipping damage.

Return Exceptions:

Returned product must arrive back to our warehouse in like new condition and in its original factory packaging with all product documentation included.  Merchandise that has been damaged, heavily used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Special order and customized items ordered via phone are non-returnable. Items that appear on this site are not customized in their current form and are not subject to this exception.

Restocking Fee:

All opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color and your item is in like new condition, please contact us at info@postureDepot.com to process an exchange. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay for shipping.
